Rhonda Ayers – Patient Concierge & Marketing

Rhonda joined the Cleveland Family Dentistry team in 1990, and is a Registered Dental Assistant with CPR certification. She has been a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and a member of the Liberty County Metro Go Team Committee since 1995.

For her charity and community work, Rhonda has been awarded:

  • HLSR 10-Year Service Volunteer Award 2005 and 2015
  • HLSR/Liberty Co. Metro Go Texan “Committeeman of the Year” 2014
  • Position of Secretary (1999-2003), Vice President (2003-2005), and President (2005-2007) for the Cleveland Livestock Show & Rodeo

Rhonda has also volunteered for the In Memory of Jenna Nicholson Blood Drive and the In Memory of Kayleb Ard Blood Drive, as well as for Free Day of Dentistry. During her free time, Rhonda enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Barbara Peden – Front Desk Team Lead

Barbara has been in the dentistry field for over 25 years and joined our team in 2016. She greets our patients with a warm welcoming smile (and by name) and assists them with scheduling appointments to see our doctors. She wants to make sure everyone leaves our office with a positive experience. Barbara looks forward to seeing our wonderful patients each day, and spending time with her work family. When not in the office, Barbara enjoys working in her yard, her plants are her babies! She also loves to sing.

Fun fact about Barbara: She’s very creative at floral arrangements!

Norma Vasquez, Hygiene Coordinator

Norma joined our team in 2017 and has been in dentistry for over 18 years. Norma is the voice you hear when you’re due for your dental cleaning, and her role is to schedule, arrange, and confirm your hygiene appointment. She loves her work family and the opportunity to see how happy and confident patients can be with following treatment, even if it’s just whitening or a cleaning. When she’s not in the office, Norma enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Eva Vega – Insurance & Treatment Coordinator

Eva has been in the dentistry field for over 11 years. As an insurance and treatment coordinator, she assists patients in paying for their treatments and strives to make sure they enjoy their visit with us. She also helps patients understand their benefits, even going as far as communicating with the insurnace company on the patient’s behalf. She also presents and helps patients understand their treatment plans. Eva enjoys getting to know her patients. She has two beautiful children and loves spending time outside when not in the office.

Fun fact about Eva: She is fluent in Spanish.

Regina Moorman – Registered Dental Hygienist – Team Lead

Regine joined our team in 1991, just one month after graduating college! Her roles in patient care include both preventive treatment and periodontal care. She gets to know her patients so she can better care for them, and offers tips for keeping their teeth and gums healthy from home. Her goal is to help every patient be as healthy as they can be. She looks forward to working with patients who have inflammation or infection and helping them heal. She strives to connect with them during the treatment process. Her hobbies including traveling with friends and family to Canyon Lake on the weekends. She enjoys trying new restaurants and is a self-proclaimed foodie!

Salina Rena Leonardt – Registered Dental Hygienist

Salina worked in our office for three years before rejoining joined our team again in 2004. Since then, she has provided our patients with quality care. As a dental hygienist, her role is to provide patients with gentle preventive care. Salina treats her patients like family, and creates a personalized preventive treatment plan for each one. She educates them on their oral hygiene needs and how it relates to their overall health. Salina works hard to make her patients excited about keeping and maintaining their smile for life. She enjoys the chance to make a positive impact on the oral health of our patients. When not in the office, Salina enjoys decorating, riding 4-wheelers, Pinterest, shopping, and attending her children’s sporting events. She also volunteers with our annual Free Day of Dentistry.


Fun fact about Salina: She has played the clarinet for six years!

Brandy Squier – Registered Dental Hygienist

Brandy has over 12 years of experience in dentistry. She completed her Associate of Applied Science degree in 2007, and has been with Cleveland Family Dentistry since 2009. She is also specially certified in nitrous oxide monitoring, and is routinely involved in Free Day of Dentistry. Brandy is an oral health educator and clinician who provides our patients with preventive, educational and therapeutic services to better their oral health. She looks forward to educating patients about their oral health and forming a relationship with them.

When she’s not helping patients, Brandy enjoys shopping, being her kids’ biggest fan at whatever sport they’re playing, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, Bible study, and listening to music. Born and raised in Tarkington, Brandy has been married to her high school sweetheart for 24 years and loves spending time with her Rural Shade Baptist Church family.

Christina Votaw – Registered Dental Assistant – Team Lead

Christina has been a Registered Dental Assistant for over nine years and joined our practice in 2012. She enjoys working alongside our doctors and providing patients with excellent dental care. Christina shows each patient compassion and patience, sharing her knowledge and improving their smiles and confidence. She looks forward to working on Invisalign® cases and knowing she helped take part in her patients’ smile transformation. Christina participates in our annual Free Day of Dentistry and when not in the office, she enjoys being outdoors with her husband, Coby, and their daughter, Ayla. They look forward to swimming, going on walks, and riding around in their buggy. Christina is also involved in CrossFit and worked out during her entire pregnancy!


Katy Keniry – Registered Dental Assistant

Katy has been in the dentistry field for eight years and joined our team in 2014. She assists our doctors and makes sure our patients feel comfortable and understand what their treatment will involve. Katy enjoys working with CEREC technology, helping patients receive same day crowns. She volunteers as part of our annual Free Day of Dentistry and looks forward to spending time off with her husband Andrew and her three children. Katy also loves spending her summers on the ballfield playing softball!

Sarah Page – Registered Dental Assistant

Sarah has been a Dental Assist for over 13 years and joined our practice in 2018. She is committed to treating her patients with phenomenal care. Her patients can expect gentle and thorough treatment. Sarah looks forward to building a foundation of trust with her patients, giving them the smiles they deserve. She is always inspired by the transition of confidence when patients leave the office with improved smiles. Sarah has volunteered with Dentistry From the Heart and our annual Free Day of Dentistry. Her hobbies include watching her kids play sports and painting with her daughter. She also enjoys hunting, fishing, and being on the lake or beach with her family.
